1. Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to A Joi Touch Marketing Solutions. By visiting ajoitouchmarketing.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
In these Terms, "A Joi Touch," "we," "us," and "our" refer to A Joi Touch Marketing Solutions, a marketing and brand strategy business based in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who visits or uses the Website.
These Terms cover your use of the Website only. Any branding, website design, marketing, or consulting work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.
2. Using the Website
You may use the Website to learn about our services, read our content, and contact us. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to submit forms or book a consultation.
When you use the Website, you agree not to:
Use it for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose
Copy, scrape, or republish our content without written permission
Submit false information through our contact, booking, or inquiry forms
Send spam, malware, or anything that could harm the Website or its visitors
Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its hosting platform, or related accounts

We may restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. We may also update, pause, or remove any part of the Website at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website belongs to A Joi Touch or is used with permission. That includes our name, logo, AJ monogram, tagline ("Build the brand, then market it."), text, graphics, images, guides, templates, and page design. It is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.
You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reuse our content, frameworks, or downloadable resources without our written permission.
Portfolio and case studies. Client work shown on the Website is displayed with the client's permission to illustrate our services. Client names, logos, and brand assets remain the property of those clients.
Free resources. Any free guide, checklist, or template you download is for your own business use. Please do not resell or redistribute it.
4. Services, Consultations, and Payments
Service descriptions and package details on the Website are for general information. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Final scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are set in a written proposal or client agreement that both parties approve.
Consultations. Booking a discovery call or consultation does not create a client relationship. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Payments. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details. Deposits, payment schedules, and late fees are set out in your client agreement.
Refunds. Because our work is custom and time-based, deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable unless your client agreement says otherwise. Monthly retainers may be cancelled according to the notice period in your agreement.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No guaranteed results. Our blog posts, guides, and other content share general marketing and branding education. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, such as your market, budget, competition, and follow-through. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as search rankings, leads, sales, or revenue.
Website provided "as is." We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
